CDI Physician Power Course On-Demand – Internal Medicine

CDI Physician Power Course is designed for providers to learn documentation strategies to fulfill current coding guidelines and employ documentation skills that reflect the true severity of illness of their patients. Topics include CDI Program Goal and Scores, Patient Safety Indicators, and documentation techniques and issues specific to the specialty of Internal Medicine.

1. Discuss CDI Program Goal and Scores, and Patient Safety Indicators
2. Analyze the most up-to-date clinical documentation requirements and guidelines related to the specialty of Internal Medicine so that they can document the true severity of illness of the patient in the medical record
