2023 Advanced Practice Providers Grand Rounds

Physician Assistant Grand Rounds offers monthly educational lectures and interactive case studies which focus on acute care and management of the hospitalized patient amongst various areas of medicine and lectures provided by practitioners of that respective medical discipline.

1. Enhance the ability of APPs to recognize, diagnose and manage common medical conditions within and outside their respective subspecialties.
2. Review current clinical guidelines for various medical conditions amongst various subspecialties
3. Review diagnostic tests and their interpretation of those tests within and outside their subspecialties
4. Demonstrate an investigative and analytic thinking approach to clinical situations
5. Promote multi-disciplinary education as a collaborative effort to further advance APPs clinical practice

In support of improving patient care, Cedars-Sinai is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

AMA Credit Designation Statement
