Overview
External research and internal data demonstrate that medical groups operating under more traditional practice management models are not getting the most value from their employed physicians and staff. This series will demonstrate how moving away from this traditional approach can lead to improvements in the way that the CS medical group All Pod members care for patients. Physicians, interdisciplinary members of the healthcare team and flow managers will work together to ensure quick access and efficient use of time, processes and economies of scale through shared resources. The weekly meetings will provide an open forum for the exchange of information that facilitates administrative and clinical coordination. The goal is to improve quality of care and the patient experience while reducing the overall cost of care through enhanced coordination of care and data-driven decision-making.

Objectives
