This CME symposium will serve as a comprehensive educational platform, addressing critical gaps in cardiovascular care while prioritizing the mental health and well-being of cardiologists. By combining cutting-edge clinical updates with wellness strategies, we aim to enhance both professional competency and personal resilience, ultimately improving patient care outcomes and physician satisfaction in the demanding field of cardiology.

1. Analyze and apply the latest findings in cardiovascular research, particularly those related to heart failure implications, to clinical practice
2. Implement strategies to mitigate personal burnout and support mental health while working in the cardiology field
3. Demonstrate improved evidencebased practical skills in cardiology subspecialties, including interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, and vascular surgery
4. Develop and implement strategies to reduce disparities in cardiovascular care, ensuring equitable health outcomes for diverse populations
5. Actively engage in networking and collaborative opportunities with the healthcare team, including clinicians, researchers, and educators in the field of cardiology
