The 30th Annual Nursing Research Conference offers an enriching platform for nursing professionals and interprofessional teams to unveil innovative solutions to critical clinical challenges. Against the backdrop of escalating healthcare costs, the pivotal role of nursing in enhancing cost-effectiveness and healthcare quality faces increased scrutiny. Through active participation in this conference, attendees foster a sense of purpose among clinical nurses by spotlighting exemplary practices where their economic contributions have bolstered patient care and operational efficiency and ignite inspiration among nurses and other disciplines to spearhead initiatives to maximize their economic influence actively.

1. Analyze key patient safety strategies and evaluate their effectiveness in improving patient outcomes
2. Apply strategies to enhance the patient experience and assess their impact on patient satisfaction
3. Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to decrease nurse-sensitive indicators and reduce hospital-acquired conditions
4. Create a staff development plan to enhance retention and promote staff satisfaction
5. Evaluate the impact of nursing involvement on patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement
6. Synthesize data-driven insights and concrete examples to demonstrate the economic value of nursing and facilitate organizational change
